Monthly Membership Rates:
- Children (0–18): $35/month
- Adults (19–44): $75/month
- Adults (45–64): $95/month
- Seniors (65+): $115/month
- Family Plan (2 adults + children): $240/month
One-Time Enrollment Fee: $100 per adult (max $200 per family)
